Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AI Babu governing your use of the Creator Studio app ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
3. Acceptable use & content policy
Creator Studio generates and edits faces, voices and media with AI. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive use. You agree that you will not use the App to create, upload or share content that:
- is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
- is sexual, pornographic, or sexually exploitative — especially anything involving minors;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or promotes violence;
- impersonates or depicts a real person without their consent, or is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread misinformation;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
You must use only photos, faces, voices and other media that you own or have explicit permission to use.
4. Your content & responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, of what you create with the App. Because the App runs on your device, your content stays with you — we do not collect it. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents.
5. AI-generated content
Outputs are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or not what you intended. AI-generated media should not be relied upon as factual and may need to be clearly labelled as AI-generated where required by law or platform rules. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them.
6. Reporting & enforcement
You can report objectionable content or a problem at any time from Settings → Report a problem in the App, or by emailing hello@aibabu.tech. We may take appropriate action for violations of these Terms, including limiting or terminating your access to the App.
7. Ads
The App is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob, subject to your consent where required. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding ("AI Babu", "Creator Studio") and software are owned by AI Babu and its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or to the underlying models and software except as needed to use the App.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations. Performance depends on your device's capabilities.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Babu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App or content created with it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 8, 9 and 10) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
