1. Overview

Baap Ka Road is a 3D motorcycle street racing game developed and published by AI Babu ("we", "us"). We build games that respect player privacy. Baap Ka Road is designed around an offline-first, local-storage architecture.

The short summary: We do not require user accounts, email registration, or social media logins. Your game progress, unlocked bikes, upgrades, career points, and purse rewards are stored 100% locally on your own device. We do not run external game servers collecting your personal gameplay logs.

2. What stays on your device

All core gameplay data is processed and stored locally within the application sandbox on your device:

  • Unlocked bikes, liveries, and custom color selections;
  • Workshop performance upgrades (Engine, Tyres, Brakes, Nitro);
  • Race completion records, best times, and star achievements;
  • In-game purse balance, reward multipliers, and career earnings;
  • Audio settings, camera mode preferences, and control layout settings.

This data never leaves your device, with one exception: if you choose to play multiplayer, the small amount of information described in section 3 is shared so that the other players can race you. Your career, purse and progress are never part of that.

3. Multiplayer races

Multiplayer is entirely optional. If you never open it, nothing in this section applies to you and no multiplayer data is collected.

There are two kinds of race, and they behave very differently. Races over the internet can also be switched off entirely, in Settings → Multiplayer & Voice → Online racing; local Wi-Fi races keep working, because those reach only the people in the room with you.

Local races (Wi-Fi or hotspot)

Your device talks directly to the other players' devices over your own Wi-Fi or hotspot. Nothing is sent to us or to any server, and no internet connection is used or required. The racer name you choose and your bike and suit selections are sent directly to the other players in the lobby, because that is what they see on the grid.

Online races (over the internet)

To let two devices on different networks find each other, a small "room" record is created in Google Cloud Firestore. It contains only:

  • the room code (for example BKR-7K2QF);
  • the racer name you typed, and how many riders are in the room;
  • the track selected for the race;
  • an anonymous identifier, described below;
  • the technical connection details (including your device's IP address) that two phones need in order to connect directly to each other.

The room record is deleted when the host closes the room or leaves the lobby. It is not deleted the moment the race starts: it stays for as long as the room is open, so that a player who drops out can rejoin. If your device cannot delete it — after a crash, or a phone that lost signal — it expires automatically and is swept away within three hours.

Once the two devices are connected, race data travels directly between the players' phones. The one exception is described under Relay servers below.

Anonymous sign-in. Online races use Firebase Anonymous Authentication. This creates a random identifier for your device so that the security rules can tell that a room belongs to you and stop a stranger closing it. It is not an account. It asks for no email, no password and no personal details, it is not linked to you as a person, and it is deleted automatically after 30 days of not playing online.

What other players can see. The racer name you choose, your bike, your suit colour, and — because the connection is direct — your device's IP address. Choose a racer name you are comfortable showing to whoever you are racing.

Voice chat is optional, and there are two different ways to say no. In a lobby, the mic button mutes a microphone that is already open. In Settings → Multiplayer & Voice there is a Voice chat switch: turned off, the game never opens the microphone at all — not opened and muted — and if you turn it off while a lobby is open, the microphone is released there and then. The rest of the game and multiplayer racing are unaffected.

While voice chat is on, your microphone is only used inside a multiplayer lobby or race, and the audio is never recorded and never stored — not by us and not by anyone else. It is live, and then it is gone. Where it travels is described next.

Relay servers

Two phones on some mobile networks cannot reach each other directly, however the game is written. When that happens, and only then, the race data and the voice audio are passed through a relay server run by Cloudflare (a TURN relay) so the race can go ahead instead of failing to connect.

While a relay is in use, Cloudflare handles the traffic between the two players and can see both players' IP addresses. The relay forwards; it does not record the race or the voice audio, and neither do we. Most races never touch it — it is the fallback for when a direct connection is impossible.

Your device's own identifier. The game creates a random 128-bit identifier the first time it runs and keeps it in the app's own storage. It is not your advertising ID, not your Apple or Google device ID, and not tied to you as a person. It exists so that blocking somebody works: a player who leaves and rejoins gets a new connection each time, so without a stable identifier a block would last only until they came back. It is shared with the players in your lobby, and it is included in a report if you file one.

Names, muting, blocking and reporting. Racer names are automatically filtered for offensive words before they are shown to anybody. In a lobby you can mute a rider, block them — which silences them, hides their name and keeps them out of rooms you host, permanently and across restarts — or report them. Blocked riders are listed under Settings → Blocked riders, where you can unblock them. A report sends the reported rider's identifier and racer name to us so we can act on it; reports are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. Muting and blocking never leave your device.

4. Advertising & Google AdMob

Baap Ka Road is free to download and play. To support continued development, the game integrates with Google AdMob to display optional rewarded ads (such as 2X Race Reward multiplier) and occasional interstitial ads.

Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device and advertising data under Google's Privacy Policy, including:

  • Mobile advertising identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID);
  • IP address and coarse network location (country/city level);
  • Device technical specifications (device model, operating system version, screen resolution);
  • Ad interaction metrics (impressions, views, and clicks).

On iPhone and iPad, we ask first. The first time you open the game it shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, before any ad is requested. If you say no, the game plays exactly the same and every ad you see is non-personalised — your advertising identifier is not used to target it. You can change your mind at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, personalised advertising is governed by your own Settings → Google → Ads preference, including Delete advertising ID.

5. Performance & diagnostics

The game uses Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) to report crashes and errors, so that a bug that ends your race can be found and fixed. A crash report contains the error and where in the code it happened, your device model and operating system version, and an identifier Crashlytics generates for the installation. It contains no account details, because there is no account, and none of your career, purse or garage. We also record whether an online race connected, and how long it took, for the same reason.

This is diagnostic data. It is not used to advertise to you and it is not sold or shared with anyone.

6. Children's privacy

Baap Ka Road is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Please note that the game contains stylised melee combat between riders and an optional multiplayer mode with live voice chat and player-chosen racer names. Voice chat and names are player-generated content: we filter names and provide mute, block and report controls, but we cannot review what people say in advance. Parents should take that into account, and the age rating on the store listing reflects it.

If you believe a child's personal data has been collected — through the advertising SDK or otherwise — contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data security

Since your game progress is stored entirely on your local device, its security is protected by your device's operating system sandbox and security mechanisms (such as iOS data protection and Android app isolation).

8. Managing and deleting data

Because there are no user accounts on our servers, you have complete control over your data:

  • You can erase your career, purse and garage from inside the game: Settings → Start again.
  • You can stop the microphone ever being opened, and stop races over the internet being offered at all, under Settings → Multiplayer & Voice.
  • You can reset your save file or clear game data through your device's application manager.
  • Deleting the Baap Ka Road app from your device permanently removes all local save files, bike garage progression, and wallet balances stored on the device.
  • Your online room record is deleted when you close the room or leave the lobby, and expires on its own within three hours if it is ever left behind.
  • The anonymous sign-in identifier is deleted automatically after 30 days without an online race.
  • Reports filed against other riders are deleted automatically after 90 days. To have a report you filed removed sooner, or to ask what we hold, email us at the address below.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy from time to time.
