1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Baap Ka Road, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or play the game.
2. Limited License
AI Babu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Baap Ka Road for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible iOS and Android devices.
3. Multiplayer conduct
Baap Ka Road lets you race other people in private rooms, choose a racer name they will see, and speak to them over voice chat. Those are the only parts of the game where what one player does reaches another, and they come with rules.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. When using a racer name, voice chat, or any other means of reaching another player, you must not:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone;
- use hate speech, or attack or demean anyone on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or any similar characteristic;
- send or say anything sexually explicit, obscene, or sexualising a minor;
- threaten or incite violence, or glorify a violent or extremist organisation;
- impersonate another person, or claim to be us;
- share anyone's personal information, your own included, or solicit it from another player — particularly from a child;
- advertise, spam, or attempt to sell anything;
- choose a racer name that does any of the above, or that is designed to defeat the name filter.
What we do about it. Racer names are filtered automatically before anyone sees them. Any player can mute, block or report any other player from that rider's lobby card, and blocking is permanent and survives restarting the game. We review reports and may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove content, refuse a name, or suspend or terminate your access to multiplayer or to the game entirely. We are not obliged to give a reason, and we do not owe a refund of anything for doing so.
What we do not do. Voice chat is live between players and is never recorded, by us or by anyone else, so we cannot review it afterwards and we cannot verify a claim about what was said. That is why the mute and block controls sit in front of you, in the lobby: they work immediately, on your own device, whatever we do.
You are responsible for what you say and for the name you choose. Anything you send to another player is yours, not ours. We do not endorse it, we do not pre-screen it beyond the name filter, and we are not liable for it.
If you are under 18, please do not use voice chat without your parent's or guardian's permission.
4. In-Game Items & Currency
All in-game rewards, purse earnings, bike upgrades, liveries, and virtual currency earned through gameplay or rewarded advertisements are strictly virtual items for use solely within Baap Ka Road. Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and are stored in your device's local game save file.
5. Intellectual Property
All original game assets, 3D models, audio tracks, character designs, code, user interfaces, and branding in Baap Ka Road are the intellectual property of AI Babu or licensed for use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the application without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers & Entertainment Purpose
Baap Ka Road is a stylized, arcade-style video game created purely for fictional entertainment. Stunts, high-speed motorcycle racing, and street combat depicted in the game are strictly fictional and must never be attempted in real life. Always follow real-world traffic rules, wear helmets, and ride safely.
The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Babu and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the game.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
